More bitching on tumblr time
#i just honestly dont see my mental health improving until my follow up appt on the 7th#which is so far away and is a long time to be in survival mode#cant believe im looking foward to the two year anniversary of my complete mental collapse#but hey if i can make it that far that makes 2 years w/o self injury but jesus christ this is hard#this feels so much worse than the cancer diagnosis#i hate having stuff stuck in my eye. i hate being so terrified all the time. i hate relying on sdv to keep me sane#i want this to be over and done but i dont know when that will be#its going to be months before i start to feel normal about this#and its all basically from one email i got on wednesday morning. one fucking email#at least the days are getting longer. i have to make it i have to survive but im so fucking scared#personal#liz complains a lot
